Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. crabmeat
bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil.
Cook until thick. Remove from heat.
Add eggs, cheese and crabmeat.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
