Orange Yogurt Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
    2 c. nonfat vanilla or plain yogurt
    2 c. crushed ice
Preparation
    In blender container, combine all ingredients.
    Cover and blend 30 seconds or until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
