Skillet Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. (4 oz.) diced cooked ham
    1 can (8 oz.) tomatoes, drained and chopped
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet (preferably nonstick), melt butter or margarine with oil.
    Saute pepper and onion over medium-low heat 10 minutes or until very tender.
    Stir in ham and tomatoes; cook over medium heat until liquid evaporates, about 6 to 7 minutes.
