Peach Almond Cream Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (21 oz.) can peach filling and topping
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. almond extract
    sliced almonds, lightly toasted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake pastry shell 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lemon juice and almond extract and mix well.
    Reserving 6 sliced peaches, spread remaining peach filling on bottom of prepared pastry shell.
    Top with sour cream mixture.
    Top with reserved peach slices and almonds.
    Bake 30 minutes or until set.
    Cool. Chill.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
