Sausage And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage or Polish kielbasa (any variety), sliced in bite size pieces
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    3 1/4 c. fresh or frozen chopped vegetables (broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms)
    salt, pepper, garlic and oregano for seasoning
Preparation
    Cook rice and keep warm. Saute vegetables in oil until crisp and tender. Add sausage and season to taste.
    Heat thoroughly. Mix in 1/2 cup cheese and serve immediately over warm rice. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
