Lo-Fat Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1/4 c. oat bran cereal
    1 large minced garlic clove
    1/4 c. fine chopped onion
    1/8 c. fine chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt or substitute
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into 4 patties.
    Grill indoors or on the barbecue.
    Serve on sourdough bun.
    Pile high with lettuce, tomato slices and sweet onion rings.
    Grill on nonstick pan sprayed with Pam.
