Baked Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. catfish nuggets or 3 whole catfish
    1 large lemon
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 c. butter
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Wash fish.
    In baking dish, add lemon juice, bay leaf, parsley, fish, butter, salt, pepper and water.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with rice and buttered spinach.
