Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat the eggs with a fork.
    Add oil and blend.
    Add the dry ingredients, add buttermilk, food coloring, vinegar and vanilla.
    Cook in 3 8=inch pans at 350 for 30 minutes.
