Poultry Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie shell
    1/2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar/Swiss cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake pie shell in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle turkey or chicken into pie shell, along with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until blended.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
