Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. melted butter or vegetable oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix together flour, oats, cornmeal and baking powder in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Let batter stand 15 minutes before baking.
