Fiesta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili pepper, chopped
    8 corn tortillas
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, cubed
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; add tomato sauce, chili pepper and salt.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove.
    Beat eggs and cream together; add to sauce.
    Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Layer 4 tortillas on bottom half of Jack cheese and half of sauce.
    Repeat.
    Cover with sour cream, Cheddar and paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
