Green Goddess Dressing(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/2 c. plain, no-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. low-fat milk
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, combine the first 4 ingredients with 1 tablespoon of the milk and 1/2 of the lemon juice and blend or process until smooth.
    Taste for seasoning and add salt, pepper and additional lemon juice as needed.
    For a thinner dressing, add the remaining milk and blend until smooth.
