Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    packaged instant mashed potatoes (enough for 6 servings)
    1 (4 oz.) carton whipped cream cheese
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes using package directions, omitting butter. Add cheese; beat well.
    Stir in egg, onion and parsley; blend well.
    Turn into well-greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Dash with paprika.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
