Caesar Salad (For Two) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    4 anchovies
    1/2 clove garlic
    romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Mix anchovy and garlic to a paste.
    Add mustard and lemon juice; mix.
    Add egg yolks, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
    Gradually add cheese.
    Add lettuce; toss well.
    Add pepper, croutons, extra cheese, bacon bits and mushrooms, if desired.
