Asparagus With Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained cooked or canned asparagus
    1/2 c. commercial sour cream
    butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Set the oven at 325\u00b0.
    Arrange the asparagus in a shallow pan (preferably a buttered baking dish).
    Cover with the sour cream. Add just a sprinkling of salt and pepper, then top with the bread crumbs and dot generously with butter.
    Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crumbs are nicely browned.
    Serves 4.
