Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Grease and flour 13 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
