Quick Blueberry Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c. white sugar
juice of 1 lemon
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

In bowl, stir white sugar and lemon juice over blueberries. Place in buttered glass baking dish.
Mix flour, brown sugar and butter.
Cover blueberries with mixture.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
