Fettucine With Bacon And Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon, fried crisp
1 lb. fettucine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
2 medium ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
-
Crumble bacon. Cook fettucine as package directs.
Drain and return to cooking pan over medium heat. Add bacon, peas, tomato, butter, cream, salt and white pepper.
Heat to warm through, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
