Pepper Pork Chop Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium sliced potatoes
2 large sliced onions
7 to 9 trimmed pork chops
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Dijon mustard
ginger ale
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Layer sliced potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper in baking dish.
Spread Dijon mustard on pork chops.
Place pork chops on top of potatoes.
Now, pour ginger ale in baking dish, being careful not to get ginger ale on pork chops.
Bake for 1 hour or until done.
Chow down 3rd section.
This goes well with garden salad.
