Rhubarb Slush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. apple juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime soda
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, water and sugar; bring to boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
Cool for about 30 minutes.
