Sesame Brown Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown rice
1 1/2 c. water
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. sesame butter (tahini preferred)
2 Tbsp. tamari sauce
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Place 1 1/2 cups water in saucepan and bring to boil; add pinch of salt and rice.
Bring to boil again, cover.
Turn heat down to cook rice approximately 50 minutes.
When rice is done, combine tahini, tamari sauce and water in small saucepan.
Bring to boil and cook five minutes.
Add water to create creamy consistency. Combine rice and sesame sauce and serve while hot.
