Oyster Cracker Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. oyster crackers (unsalted)
    1 c. oil
    2 pkg. Ranch style salad dressing mix
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix oil and seasonings in large bowl.
    Toss crackers in mixture.
    Pour in large Ziploc bag.
    Leave out on counter and turn bag every 40 to 50 minutes (3 or 4 times).
    Ready to eat in 24 hours.
    Keeps for weeks.
