Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 9 qt. popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Boil together the sugars, butter, salt and vanilla for 4 to 5 minutes (hard boil). Add the soda and stir.
Pour over popped popcorn. Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Keep stirring at times while in oven.
