Chopstick Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice
2 soup cans water
Preparation

Wash, dry and cut chicken into serving pieces.
Combine in baking dish the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, uncooked rice and water.
Arrange chicken over rice mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 30 minutes, or until chicken and rice are tender.
