Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 stick butter
    Velveeta or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Add soup, milk and butter.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 until tender.
    Top with several slices of Velveeta or grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts.
