5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut up for stew
    4 carrots, peeled and quartered
    2 talks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 potatoes, chunked large
    1 green pepper, chunked
    1 onion, chunked
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    12 oz. V-8 juice or your own tomato juice
Preparation
    Place beef, carrots, pepper, celery, potatoes and onion in heavy
    pan.
    Add
    tapioca,\tsugar, salt, pepper and juice. Cover with
    foil\tand
    put on lid.
    Bake 5 hours in 250\u00b0 oven. (Do not peek.)
