Biscottis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/2 lb. margarine
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. anisette extract
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix sugar and margarine together.
Add eggs one at a time. Add anisette extract and beat until smooth, then add baking powder and flour one cup at a time.
Beat and scrape bowl until all is combined smoothly, then roll out into 3 loaves of equal size. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until golden color.
Remove and slice 1 inch diagonally and put back into 350\u00b0 oven for a few moments until toasted.
