Teen'S Rib Liners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (No. 2) can red kidney beans, drained and chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    8 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger in the oleo.
    Add the salt, pepper, onion and garlic.
    Stir in the kidney beans.
    Add the oregano and chili powder.
    Simmer for 10 minutes longer.
    Put a generous spoonful of this mixture in each bun and serve with potato chips and pickles.
