Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage, fried, drained and crumbled
    12 slices bread, cubed (no crust)
    8 eggs, beaten
    4 c. milk
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; refrigerate overnight covered.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Bake 45 minutes covered, then 15 to 25 minutes uncovered at 350\u00b0.
    Let set 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
    Bake in 10 x 13-inch pan.
    Serves 12.
