Carbonnara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. linguine
1 lb. bacon
1/2 c. butter
4 egg yolks
1 pt. whipping cream
4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bake bacon until crisp, brown and crumble.
Set aside.
Cook linguine according to package.
Drain and saute in butter.
Remove to serving platter and keep warm.
Mix cream and yolks well and pour into pan used to saute pasta.
Stir until thick over medium heat.
Add cheese and blend well.
Pour over pasta and sprinkle with bacon.
Toss and serve.
