Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium green peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    2 medium onions, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into slices
    2 (1 lb.) packs boneless fish
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer the ingredients in a buttered casserole dish.
    Dot each layer of fish with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
