Grandma'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. black pepper
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    8 oz. wide egg noodles
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    29 oz. whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine for 3 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and sugar.
    Add ground chuck, stirring until torn apart and brown.
    Add tomatoes, sauce and water.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Spread dry noodles in 4-quart oblong pan.
    Pour mixture over noodles, making sure all noodles are covered.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Cover pan tightly with foil.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
