Crunch Top Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat sugar and butter.
    Add 1 egg at a time.
    Add a little flour and whipping cream, alternately.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake 1 hour and 40 minutes in a cold oven at 300\u00b0.
