Orange Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt and soda; add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into a greased and floured 5 x 9 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
