Thai Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp. oriental chili sesame oil
    1 bunch scallions, hollow green tops discarded
    1/2 lb. snow peas
    1 lb. linguine
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Mix together in large serving bowl first 5 ingredients to make dressing.
    While cooking linguine according to package directions, wash scallions and slice thinly on the diagonal. Trim and wash snow peas.
    Drain cooked linguine, add to dressing in bowl and toss well.
    Toss in scallions and snow peas.
    Toast sesame seed to golden brown in heavy skillet over moderate heat, stirring often.
    Toss into salad.
    Serve warm or chilled.
