Crispy Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In medium-sized saucepan, cover potatoes with water.
    Place over high heat.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice potatoes and layer in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with almonds and green onions.
    Drizzle with butter or margarine and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
    Serves 4 to 6.
