Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix and spread coconut and nuts in pan.
Mix the cake mix as directed on the box and pour over the first layer.
Mix the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together.
Beat until creamy.
Pour over the cake mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cake will crack in the middle.
