Salmon Cakes(Good And Quick For Lent) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (red or pink; deboned, optional)
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    pepper to taste
    enough flour to bind (about 1 Tbsp.)
    oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into patties about the size of your hand.
    Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with cheesy noodles and a green veggie or salad.
    Serves 2 to 3.
    Doubles nicely.
