Dieter'S Chicken Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
2 large carrots
2 ribs celery
1 large white onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
4 chicken breasts, skinned
paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 envelopes lite chicken gravy mix
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Clean vegetables and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Place in a roaster; add salt, pepper and chicken broth.
Quickly brown chicken; sprinkle with paprika and put on top of vegetables and simmer covered until tender.
Add herbs.
Blend gravy mix with cold water and add to simmering stew.
Stir carefully until gravy thickens.
