Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. scallops
    1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 stick butter
    minced garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 lemon
Preparation
    In casserole dish put scallops and shrimp.
    Heat onion, butter and garlic until melted and add to casserole dish and stir together.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Squeeze lemon over casserole. Spread Ritz over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
