Shrimp And Mushroom Ramekins A La Lance - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. medium-size shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. regular strength chicken broth
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. whipping cream
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a frying pan over medium heat; add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until shrimp turn pink (about 5 minutes).
Transfer shrimp to 2 individual baking dishes.
