Butter Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/8 tsp. oil of peppermint
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat at low speed until well blended.
Add small amount of food color and knead until blended. Press mixture into mint molds or roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
