Low Calorie Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
8 oz. cooked beef or ground turkey
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced onion
1 pkg. instant beef broth
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and pepper.
Add spices and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Add rice.
Mix well.
Add 1/2 of cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Then add rest of cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
