Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
1 envelope dry onion soup
2/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Brown the beef in a skillet.
In a small bowl, combine the flour and water.
Add the mixture to the beef along with the soup, tomato paste and vinegar.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer mixture uncovered for 10 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and sour cream.
Heat through.
Serve over egg noodles.
