Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can or c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (10 to 12), broken in pieces
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken with a stalk of celery.
    Bone and cut up.
    Make a sauce of soup, broth, onion and tomatoes.
    Grease large Pyrex. Layer flour tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese.
    Repeat, ending with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
