Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can green beans
1 can yellow beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can chickpeas
red onion rings
green pepper (if desired)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Drain liquid from beans.
Put all in a bowl with onion and pepper.
Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour over beans.
Marinate at least 4 hours.
