Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1 small garlic clove, chopped
    2 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, drain off grease.
    Put in large kettle and add all other ingredients, except macaroni.
    Cook about 30 minutes.
    Add macaroni and boil for 10 minutes on medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 more minutes.
    Serves 8.
