Party Snacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cherry tomatoes
4 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
Herbed Cottage Cheese (following)
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. frankfurters
1 small red cabbage
Preparation

Wash and trim tomatoes.
Slice the cucumbers.
Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
Wash the mushrooms.
Cover and chill. Drop the Brussels sprouts into boiling salted water.
Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until done.
Drain.
Boil frankfurters for 5 minutes, drain.
Or, fry frankfurters.
Cut into thirds.
Place cabbage head on serving platter.
Skewer on the frankfurters and mushrooms with frilled toothpicks.
Surround with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, Brussels sprouts and bread sticks.
Serve with Herbed Cottage Cheese.
