Coconut Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. shortening
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 6 oz. pkg. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Mix butter or margarine, shortening and sugar for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add cream cheese and eggs.
Add flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
Mix until blended.
Stir in coconut.
Pour into a greased 10 inch tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
