Cajun Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans crab meat
2 lb. chopped shrimp
1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped in small pieces
1 can okra, drained (optional)
5 to 6 tsp. Cajun spices
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 lb. Polish sausage or any type hard pork sausage, cut in small cubes
1 small baked, broiled or boiled chicken, cut up in small pieces
Preparation

Add water to texture desired.
Mix all together and cook until done.
